A bit about the company & the role:
Our client is seeking a Team Coordinator to join their ambitious and hardworking team
This is a challenging yet rewarding role which requires an experience person with a talented skill set to manage a team and support at Executive level.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Supporting the office, Directors and Exec team will all admin and day to day requirements
- Diary management, meeting arrangement, meeting and greeting guests etc
- Coordinating and setting up meetings and appointments
- Inbox management and general enquiries
- Answering the phones and passing on messages
- Supporting with events for company conferences, guests and also team socials
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation for the Senior Leadership Team
- Working collaboratively with other Team Assistants and the Executive Assistants to ensure that Teams function without issues and that workload is shared when needed
- Arranging couriers and managing DocuSign for confidential documents, and helping to cover reception as and when required
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Similar experience in an Office Coordinator, Senior Administrator or TA Role
- Working in a fastpaced and busy all round role is important
- Diary management, meeting arrangement and admin experience beneficial
- Touching on invoicing and filing
- Communication skills both verbal and written
- A selfconfident individual with a positive work ethic
- A team player that can remain calm under pressure and within a busy environment
- Accuracy, speed, proactivity, and the ability to 'get things done' is essential
- Strong IT skills are required, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (experience of expense and document management systems is an advantage)
- An all rounder who is keen to muck in
