Tec Partners are pleased to be working with one of the fastest growing technology companies in the UK. This role will be responsible for ensuring that requests for technical support, troubleshooting and fault diagnosis are serviced efficiently. As well asassisting in coordinating engineering & operations teams to establish errors.

Required skills/experience:

Previous experience working within Customer or Technical/Application Support
Strong communication and proven experience providing excellent customer service
A keen interest/up to date with the latest technology
Work well independently as well as part of a team
Those with prior experience using monitoring and alerting tools will stand at an advantage
