With our huge client based in Oldham we are looking to appoint Junior Administrator to join their vibrant fast paced team.
Working in within the Accounts and Sales department, you will be expected to continue to provide the same level service, ensuring payments to our External Suppliers are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
The role is office based Monday to Friday - they work a 37.5 hours a week - with an early finish on a Friday.
Reporting to the Finance Controller and working across a small / professional and hard working Finance Team the role of the Accounts Assistant will include;
- Assist Purchase Ledger
- Code / Batch and Post Invoices
- Assist with Supplier Query Management and Resolution
- Prepare Supplier Statement Reconciliations
- Assist with preparation of Payment Runs
- Sales Ledger input Sales Invoices
- Allocation of Payment
- Admin tasks as required
Salary:
£7.50-£10.18 per hour
