ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is for someone to join the Customer Success team within Bytes Cyber Consulting.

It is ideal for someone already in a consulting quality assurance role or a former consultant that is looking to move away from front line consulting.

The role is keyto Bytes Cyber Consulting, as quality is at the heart of everything that we do for customers.

You will be collaborating with the consultants across Audit, Advisory & Strategy, Assurance Testing and Digital Forensics, Threat Intelligence & Incident Managementand you will work with the Head of Cyber Consulting Operations to review all work product that is created by the Cyber Consulting team and will review the work for technical accuracy, consistency, compliance with licensing requirements and its conformanceto quality standards within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:_
Deliver consistent quality assurance across Audit, Advisory & Strategy, Assurance Testing, Digital Forensics, Threat Intelligence & Incident Management
Ensure compliance with external licensing agency requirements for quality assurance of all work product that is delivered by the team
Work with the Head of Cyber Consulting Operations to ensure that quality assurance is advanced within the organisation, and that appropriate streamlining solutions are implemented to lead to higher levels of compliance and quality
Individual Responsibilities:_
Deliver quality assurance across Audit, Advisory & Strategy, Assurance Testing, Digital Forensics, Threat Intelligence & Incident Management
Interact with the consultants to ensure that work product is accurate and appropriately quality assured before being able to be released to customers
Manage relationships with consultants to ensure the quality / timeliness of work delivered
Deliver high quality feedback to consultants to ensure work product quality is increased over time

Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

BSc Degree or 5 Years experience
6 to 8 years security / IT experience
Ability to pass BPSS, or BS7858 / NQA 3000, or HMG SC vetting requirements
Ability to adapt to a fastmoving security landscape and keep pace with latest thinking
Strong customer focus able to meet the demands of internal and external customers
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
Can make decisions that are well informed and timely
Good time management, can handle conflicting priorities, and deliver excellent levels of quality
