Finance Assistant - Maternity Cover - VR/27755:

11-month fixed term maternity cover. A minimum of 3 years practical finance experience is required. Individuals should be immediately available with a view to starting in post on 1st July. Past exposure to SUN Accounting would be advantageous. Hybrid working is available.

As the Finance Assistant your role will entail:

Posting direct debits and direct debit rejections in a timely and accurate manner.
Reconciling and posting bank account receipts and payments.
Downloading and importing payments received on a daily basis.
Raising BACS payments, ensuring department codes are accurate and entering journals into finance system.
Processing expenses.
Ensuring all system postings are uptodate in advance of month end deadline including additional postings.
Bank reconciliations.
Updating and maintaining records.
