Administration & Scheduling Officer
MCT is a long established charitable organisation providing accessible transport services for individuals and groups within the local community.
We have a small team based at Waterlip / Shepton Mallet who manage our fleet of minibuses and co-ordinate our volunteer car drivers.
We are looking to recruit someone to undertake scheduling and general office administration dutiesIncluding:
- Answering the telephone
- Taking booking requests from passengers
- Coordinating driver and passenger schedules
- Recording journey details on the management system (CTX)
- Liaising with the Operations Manager and 3rd parties regarding vehicle maintenance and vehicle movements
- Undertaking general office administration activities and any other duties as required to support the operation
Skills required:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Confidence to communicate effectively and accurately with a wide range of people
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills
- General knowledge and understanding of IT and data entry
Full Training will be provided
Job Types:
Part-time - 15 hours per week (Wed/Thu/Fri)
Salary:
£11.18 per hour
Holiday: 12 days p.a. + Bank Holidays
