Administration & Scheduling Officer
MCT is a long established charitable organisation providing accessible transport services for individuals and groups within the local community.

We have a small team based at Waterlip / Shepton Mallet who manage our fleet of minibuses and co-ordinate our volunteer car drivers.

We are looking to recruit someone to undertake scheduling and general office administration duties


Including:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Taking booking requests from passengers
  • Coordinating driver and passenger schedules
  • Recording journey details on the management system (CTX)
  • Liaising with the Operations Manager and 3rd parties regarding vehicle maintenance and vehicle movements
  • Undertaking general office administration activities and any other duties as required to support the operation

Skills required:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Confidence to communicate effectively and accurately with a wide range of people
  • Good teamwork and collaboration skills
  • General knowledge and understanding of IT and data entry
- 'Can do' attitude

Full Training will be provided


Job Types:
Part-time - 15 hours per week (Wed/Thu/Fri)


Salary:
£11.18 per hour

Holiday: 12 days p.a. + Bank Holidays
