Job description:

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client ASAP who are based in Dewsbury to cover during a busy period for 8 weeks.

You will need to be available immediately and have experience in administration and data entry.


The business are able to offer flexibility in relation to start and finish times and the role does have potential to extend or go permanent later down the line for the right person.

The role will include the following duties;

  • Creating and processing quotations when necessary.
  • Data entry and processing relevant documentation.
  • Following up on customer requests.
  • Answering the telephone and transferring to relevant persons.
  • Adhoc administration.
