Area Manager | Sales Showrooms | Central Scotland | £40,000 and Car/Allowance and Bonus


Zachary Daniels has a superb opportunity for an Area Manager to join a thriving business and have the opportunity to make a direct impact on its business and future growth.

The role of an Area Manager is going to be diverse; we want a leader who can leadstore teams to further growth, motivate and coach colleagues and support when required.


The successful Area Manager for this fantastic brand will be working in a customer driven sales environment, high levels of service must be central to everything you do.

In addition, you will develop the brand through an excellent sales process and workclosely with your Store Managers in all key areas.

We are looking for a retail leader who has the experience of succeeding in a field role, has had success in complex business but has the energy, drive and tenacity to push the business on.


The Area Manager will be an inspirational leader who can and will represent the brand at all times, have a strong focus with your Store Managers as well as driving and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities as an Area Manager

  • Ability to train, coach and develop colleagues to be great sales people
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage large format and small format retail stores
  • Strong margin analysis experience to drive sales with customers and clients
  • Assisted sales/big ticket sales experience at multisite level
  • Autonomy to develop the team and recruit the right people to deliver your vision
  • Win hearts and minds and drive culture change
  • Commercially aware and able to understand business performance and react to areas that are under performing
  • Experience of managing in complex businesses and stores is essential
  • Able to drive sales with Store Managers
  • Passionate about retail and the customer journey


We want our clients new Area Manager to come from a proven multi-site background where you can demonstrate your experience in challenging retail environments.

Must have the ability and drive to actually manage your business area to get the right resultsYou will have the autonomy to manage your stores and give your customers an amazing experience with every interaction.


As the new Area Manager, you will be a credible presence in your area and must be able to support colleagues across the UK when required.

It is important that you can work with your Head of Retail and senior stakeholders at all times, be able to work onretail projects and new initiatives as and when required.


Package:

This role has a fantastic
base salary circa £40k, will also come with a
company car or car allowance and superb re-designed
bonus schemes that reward sales and increases in business performance


Earning potential
over £50k:

- realistic.
