Any RICS UK Office - We anticipate that this role can be performed with a hybrid working arrangement which balances working from home and the office.

It is expected that regular attendance in the office will be required in line with business, department and team needs.


Job Purpose:


The Digital Producer at RICS will join our team of Digital Producers and be responsible for managing content requests in the daily operations of RICS websites.

Your responsibilities include content management, design consultation, stakeholder collaboration and leveraging Adobe technology to enhance our digital experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage RICS' web pages globally, ensuring all new content and updates are made within agreed SLAs.
  • Manage commercial & content pages, in collaboration with specialists across the wider UX Department to ensure user journeys are consistently optimised to increase conversions, engagement and user satisfaction.
  • Assist in the training and support of a team of CMS users outside of the core Web Content Team
  • Daily engagement with systems to manage and prioritise incoming requests.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving member experiences through our digital channels and beyond.
  • Mentor colleagues across RICS on best practices for web content (including SEO and accessibility), upskilling as needed.
  • Work with the Analytics Team to identify any problems or opportunities on the website and take the appropriate action.
  • Collaborate with the Technology Team as needed to support the development and improvement website components to enhance productivity and user experience.
  • Work within agile teams to developing new areas of the website to meet emerging business requirements.
  • Keep uptodate with industry best practice and share insights internally, ensuring compliance with legal (including GDPR) and web accessibility standards.

Expected Outcomes

  • Efficient completion of tickets from the ticketing backlog as measured by an internal effort scoring system.
  • Documentation of all website changes and issues on the ticketing system.
  • Maintenance of a highquality website experience for end users
  • Completion of continuous professional development plans to enhance skills and engagement.
  • An internal champion for website bestpractice.
  • Participate in playback sessions across the organisation to share performance reports on content requests and web content.
  • Assist in the development and support of a network of CMS 'superusers' across the organisation.

Experience / Skills Required

  • 2+ years experience in Web Content or similar role
  • Good understanding CMS systems (AEM experience advantageous).
  • A track record of handling a high volume of requests.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both technical and nontechnical.
  • Demonstrable experience managing the triage and prioritisation of inbound requests.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, especially on distributed and remote teams.
