Description

Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an experienced Facilities Supervisor for a job based remotely to work on facilities in Hampshire, Dorset, Isle of Wight.

Traveling to these locations may be required therefore a work van and a fuel card are provided.

We are looking for someone who already holds a Basic DBS certificate.

About The Job:

8.00am 5.00PM
Mon to Fri + Plus some early start and weekends if required.

- £12.26 p/h

Weekly pay

General cleaning of the building, including:

Lead and manage cleaning teams to deliver a quality service in line with KPI's.
Responsible for managing direct reports on larger sites and operational teams on smaller sites.
Respond in a timely manner to any issues from client regarding routine and nonroutine cleaning services, providing suitable cover for unplanned absences.
Monitor in house systems to ensure any overtime, absence and leave is approved and recorded in line with company policy and procedures.
Monitor the quality and completion of work inline with SHEQ regulations and compliance.
Ensure that cleaning materials, equipment and designated storage areas are maintained and operated in a clean, tidy, and safe condition.
Complete visits and inspections periodically on all sites within area of responsibility.
