Key responsibilities will include:


General administration and reception duties such as:

  • Creating, updating, maintaining & printing documents.
  • Arranging appointments.

HR administration duties such as:

  • Maintaining & updating electronic records.
  • Assistance with recruitment, payroll, policies & procedures.
  • Have previous experience of working within a similar role.
  • Be fully conversant with Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Be a confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Be able to prioritise workload.
  • Have good attention to detail, performing to a high standard.
  • Be able to work as a team player.
  • Be willing to learn and develop.
  • Be flexible in their approach to work.
  • Be able to work well under pressure and hit deadlines.
  • Preference will be given to those with a Business Administration or similar qualification, or over 5 years experience in a similar role.

In return we offer:


  • 30 days holiday per year pro rata (including Bank Holidays)
  • 16 hour week: Mon Fri between 08:0017:00
  • Starting and finishing times negotiable depending on the needs of the applicant and the business
  • Salary of £22,717 pro rata (and currently under review)
