Key responsibilities will include:
General administration and reception duties such as:
- Creating, updating, maintaining & printing documents.
- Arranging appointments.
HR administration duties such as:
- Maintaining & updating electronic records.
- Assistance with recruitment, payroll, policies & procedures.
- Have previous experience of working within a similar role.
- Be fully conversant with Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Be a confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Be able to prioritise workload.
- Have good attention to detail, performing to a high standard.
- Be able to work as a team player.
- Be willing to learn and develop.
- Be flexible in their approach to work.
- Be able to work well under pressure and hit deadlines.
- Preference will be given to those with a Business Administration or similar qualification, or over 5 years experience in a similar role.
In return we offer:
- 30 days holiday per year pro rata (including Bank Holidays)
- 16 hour week: Mon Fri between 08:0017:00
- Starting and finishing times negotiable depending on the needs of the applicant and the business
- Salary of £22,717 pro rata (and currently under review)
