We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Business Systems team overseeing all project and process improvement initiatives across our core 3rd party commercial systems.

This is a collaborative role working with key business areas to identifyand implement business process improvements.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Understanding enduser requirements and translating these into functional specifications
  • Developing an agreed roadmap of change/initiatives for Dynamics AX
  • Operating within agreed project and change frameworks
  • Engaging with, developing and managing relationships between all relevant parties, departments and stakeholders across the business
  • Liaising between departments on developing long terms strategies and improvements
What We're Looking For...


We'll expect you to have a degree, preferably in an IT related discipline, or an equivalent combination of specialised training.

Microsoft Dynamics AX functional certification would be a definite advantage.

In addition, you can demonstrate your experienceof MS Dynamics 2012 functional areas:
Production, Stock Management, Logistic, Product Information, Sales Ledger. You also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 2012. Experience in an e-commerce system (Magento) would be an advantage, along withany exposure to data modelling/visualisation.


Excellent communication skills are essential due to the collaborative responsibilities involved in this role and the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships.

This role will suit someone who is self-motivated, diligent, and who canlearn new systems quickly. It will also appeal to those who enjoy working in a fast-paced high-tech environment.
