About our client
We are working with a high calibre seed stage VC fund that has just closed its latest fund.

They are looking for an experienced and driven partner to join their team and play a critical role in identifying and investing in the most promising and high-potentialstart-ups.

Culturally, they are a dynamic and entrepreneurial team who are all aligned on building something exciting and successful - they are looking to meet people who reflect this.

They have a strong brand to leverage that gives the team access to superior deal flow - the fund has already demonstrated significant traction, a well performing portfolio and great exits.

What the job involves:

Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in the seed stage startup ecosystem, including sourcing, screening, and conducting due diligence on potential investments
Build and maintain relationships with founders, coinvestors, and other key stakeholders in the startup ecosystem
Support portfolio companies through active engagement and strategic guidance
Collaborate with the investment team to develop investment strategies, investment thesis and execute on investment opportunities
Contribute to fundraising efforts and support the firm's brand and reputation in the industry

Who we are looking for:

Proven track record of successful investments in highgrowth startups
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong ability to identify and evaluate investment opportunities
Strong networker with an ability to source and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the startup ecosystem
Team player with a passion for working in a collaborative environment
Drive and passion for the startup ecosystem and venture capital industry
