Location:
HMP Rochester, 1 Fort Rd, Rochester ME1 3QS

Hours:37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary:
Up to £34,000 per annum (Subject to experience)

Apprenticeships:
Development opportunities are available through Apprenticeship standards

MK College Group have an exciting opportunity for a Tiling Tutor to join the prison-based Education Team at HMP Rochester in Kent.

As a Tiling Tutor, you will be actively engaging prison-based learners with creative classes and resources.

Many of the learners have a diverse range of needs and learning abilities, they will often have had a negative experience with education.

As a successful Tiling Tutor, you will truly inspire them and provide learners with a positive learning experience.

We are seeking an individual who can communicate well with learners to inspire and motivate them. The average class consists of 8 learners and the sessions are approximately 3 hours long. Your lessons will need to be adaptable, innovative, and imaginative.
