A class of 30 or a class of 1?


You're a teacher, an LSA or a TA and there's one student in your class that needs more support than others.


As a teacher, you've got to think about the class and dividing your time between 30.

As a TA or LSA, you need to focus on several students that need your support.

As an Education Specialist, you can engage
one young person with their education, being 100% focused and bespoke to their needs and requirements.


What does a typical day look like?

  • Support young people who cannot access education we work with them outside of the school environment
  • Work with children who have SEN & SEMH needs
  • Engage young people with a variety of barriers to their learning
  • Inspire the hope for a better future

What are the benefits?

What are we looking for?

  • 2years minimum experience in SEN/education
  • Experience delivering a primary/secondary/functional skills curriculum is adventagous
  • Commitment and understanding of Safeguarding
  • Experience in engaging young people with often complex & challenging behaviours
