Behaviour Mentor
Grade 3 SCP 8-11
Actual Salary £17, £18,254.00
32.5 hours per week - term time only

We are currently looking to appoint a permanent Behaviour Mentor to support children to achieve their potential.

Key area of responsibility:
Provide support to children, to overcome any barriers to learning and improve behaviour both inside and outside school.

Experience and essential attributes:

Experience of working with pupils demonstrating challenging behaviour or dealing with disadvantaged circumstances.
Experience of supporting pupils with specific needs, including behaviour.
Experience of working with children and their emotional needs.
Understand the need for confidentiality and ensure clear and sensitive communication.
Ability to build positive relationships with children and their families.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience.
