I'm currently working with a top tier global law firm with their search for a new BD & Marketing Manager to support their award winning International Real Estate Sector and Practice Group.

The firm are ideally looking for the role holder to be based in Munich or Paris. However, other European cities will also be considered. This is a truly global role which will support teams across Europe, Middle-East and Asia.

This is a full-time, permanent position and the firm's hybrid policy is 50% in the office 50% from home.

The BD & Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to get involved with large-scale campaigns, flagship conferences and developing new products

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the firms ESG working group to be at the forefront of the Real Estate sector's activity
  • Drive client sharing across the RE Group and sector
  • Project manage some of the firm's largest and most complex events
  • Become involved with account management for the sector's key client relationships
  • Lead and support on key real estate pitch
Experience/Skills required

  • Experienced BD & Marketing professional within professional services (legal preferred)
  • An understanding of European working environments would be advantageous
  • A very high level of written, oral communication and project management skills
  • Demonstrable experience in demanding, partnerled international environments
