We are looking for an expert growth lead to oversee Wollit's customer acquisition and retention and build the Wollit brand


Your goal is simple:

to develop a long term, sustainable engine of growth to 10x our active subscribers in the next 12 months and set the business up for scale, focusing on CAC, LTV and other topline KPIs.

You will also be responsible for building out a growth team, focused on optimising all areas of the customer lifecycle through continuous and rigorous testing and data analysis and getting right to the heart of the business and ensuring Wollit understands exactly how its customers tick.


What you'll do

  • Lead daytoday execution of our growth strategy across acquisition and retention in conjunction with the senior team.
  • Build out a growth team, who will work closely with product, operations and engineering, dedicated to optimising the entire customer experience of Wollit.
  • Build a predictable and scalable customer acquisition machine, owning the performance of all existing channels, including social and mobile app stores, and building and scaling new ones, across a variety of different strategic partners.
  • Design and set up the core strategies for our lifecycle marketing performance, leveraging dynamic segmentation and data to ensure the right messages are sent to the right users at the right time.
  • Implement and lead the development of a rigorous experimentation and dataled strategy for the entire customer funnel.
  • Manage tightly defined CAC, LTV and volume targets, periodically reporting to the senior team.

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of work experience in growth marketing, ideally in a highgrowth SAAS B2C tech startup. Financial background is a plus.
  • 2 years of experience in building and managing a growth team.
  • Expert knowledge of Paid social, SEO/ASO, PPC and Influencer channels is essential.
  • Obsessed with data and optimisation you live and breathe channel and campaign performance data and know what levers to pull when optimising performance against specific KPIs.
  • Strong creative eye with the ability to think from the consumers' perspective and provide clear and articulate feedback that makes content perform better.
  • Confident in setting and reviewing metrics and measurement frameworks.
  • Experience leading crossfunctional projects, working with engineers, designers, copywriters, marketers outside your team, and external partners.
  • Handson approach with an agile mentality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Selfmotivated, scrappy, and you love getting your hands dirty
