Senior Pump Engineer

Up to £38,000 + benefits

Overtime + Van for Personal Use

Alecto Recruitment is looking to hear from experienced Pump Engineers interested in working for a leading company in the industry in a remote capacity who are based in East Anglia.


Working as a Field Service Engineer, you will carry out installations and maintenance tasks for the company, working on a diverse range of pumps and equipment including but not limited to submersible pumps and booster sets, pumping stations, controls, treatmentplants and swimming pool products.


Our client is looking for an experienced Engineer with 3-5 years+ experience on the tools, who can help cover Kent and provide assistance with a busy and growing order book.


You will be provided with a company van which can be used for personal use, a fuel card and overtime is paid at x1.5.

Please note this role requires a 1 in 4 weekend standby rota.


Duties

  • Carrying out repairs, upgrades and maintenance checks on pumps and controls of varying sizes.
  • Generating detailed reports on all works via a Mobile App.
  • Monthly van stock checks.
  • Providing an excellent, timely and knowledgeable service to all customers.

Profile

  • 35 years+ experience working as a Pump Engineer or similar.
  • Ideally experience on a range of pump sets and manufacturer types.
  • Based in London/Hertfordshire/Buckinghamshire.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Ideally CSCS card and confined space certificates.
  • Good knowledge of pumps and controls.
