Description
Design and Build Coordinator required for a small general building contractor.

Overview

Having operated as main contractor for over 20 years in the care sector, this is a construction company who love what they do, providing tailored construction services for both new-build and refurbishment projects that range in value from £6 million to £20 million.

Their workmanship and pride in what they deliver mean their clients come back again and again.

The Role
You will be a person not a number in a company like this. Personality, passion and a desire to learn and grow are key to this position.

Co-ordination of design information is the primary function, but, as with a smaller company, the role will suit someone who enjoys variety in their position and is willing to role their sleeves up and take on other tasks.

Experience Required
Ability to understand and interpret a variety of construction drawings eg. architectural, civil, structural
Working on projects in the region of £5-10 million.
