The Role:

Acquiring various data and assisting with the tendering process via data checks. This role includes engaging with clients in order to deliver a positive end to end customer experience.

Job Duties:


  • Deal with customer enquiries
  • Raising & Resolving cases with suppliers
  • Update customer information
  • Track and process Service Call requests in
  • Performing administrative tasks assigned by the Customer Support Team Leader.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely and effectively with all colleagues on all administration tasks associated with operations & commercial management.
  • Provide a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all performed tasks.

Desirables:


  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Commitment to providing an excellent customer service for all clients
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Dynamics
  • Ability to handle both enjoyable and challenging conversations.
  • Aptitude to manage and understand energy invoices and data.
  • Industry experience is required.

£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
