Part Time Customer Support Assistant

Fri and Sat OR Sat and Sun 7.5 shift

London Zone 1

£10,480 per annum

Customer Support Assistant required to deliver excellent customer service to the residents and effective completion of all core operating procedures.

Key Duties will include, processing and responding to sales enquiries in a proactive and timely manner, performing viewings for customers in line with the core operating procedures, explaining financial statements to customers, and settling arrears.

You should have demonstrable skills and experience in business to customer sales, excellent Customer service skills, experience in working for a branded organisation, and good IT skills.
