Excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join the wonderful, experienced team at our client's wonderful, friendly care home based in Rushden, Northamptonshire. Our client is offering a joining bonus up to £500 for this role
(No sponsorship provided).

The successful applicant will have an NVQ level 3 Health & Social Care or equivalent.

Must have the right to work in the UK

Driving licence is preferred.


Our client's excellent care home offers residential, dementia and nursing care for the elderly, on the outskirts of Rushden in Northamptonshire.

Their wonderful team of carers provide individual, person-centred care of the highest possible quality for all their residents, providing both short-term and long-term residential care for the elderly and those living with dementia.

They also provide respite care for elderly people to give their carers a break.

Their friendly and experienced team deliver superior quality residential care to their elderly occupants - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.


Over the past 15 years we have been dedicated to providing a safe, secure and caring environment for all our residents.

The property was originally two large, detached residences which have been joined together, extended and modernised to provide superb living accommodation.


About the Role

  • Supporting the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of our residents by providing the highest standard of care
  • Providing personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating
  • Promoting our resident's choice, dignity and independence at all times
  • Maintaining accurate records

Working Hours:


  • 7.30am7.30pm
  • Full or part time, permanent
  • Alternate weekends

Salary:
£12.36 per hour
