New and exciting opportunity for immediate start
The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Post Scanning Operative role for our client in the Lancing area.

As a post operative you will be processing mail in line with our clients specific guidelines while working In a team based environment.


Functions of the Post Operatives:


  • Typing data.
  • Processing clients documents in accordance with specified processing rules.
  • Read and understand correspondence to ensure cases are dealt with in the correct manner.
  • Scanning documents using a desk top scanner and program.
  • Providing relevant feedback to support your Team Leader/Senior Operator in regards to production issues.
  • Provide friendly and meaningful customer service.

  • Flexible approach with training and a readiness to learn new skills.
  • Can thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Working in line with company values and guidelines.
  • Eye for detail.
  • Basic computer skills

Full training provided.

Hours:
Full time, Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:00


Benefits & Requirements:


  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
