This is a newly created role, designed to help support projects, drive automation and improve system processes within
SAP for the UK Payroll Team.
This would be an ideal opportunity for someone with previous business partnering or stakeholder managementskills to improve or establish new processes that drive down interface errors, reduce manual processes and the time spent per task/process.
Supported by the BAU Payroll manager and business partners you shall primarily be managing the businesses change requests, using your inquisitive nature to explore the payroll system configuration and challenge ways of working to increase efficiency, eliminateunnecessary complexity and reduce the time spent carrying out business activities.

Duties
- lead on key people strategy projects.
- Play an integral role in ensuring organisational projects and initiatives are delivered accurately and on time.
- Solid payroll experience and understanding of payroll processes
- Competent
SAP experience - Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence to challenge professionally when needed
- Demonstrated ability to drive improvement activities
- Natural communicator with a strong sense of urgency and able to communicate at all levels of the organisation
- System Thinker ability to see and understand overall picture.
