Design Administrator
The Design Administrator will perform a wide variety of administrative functions to assist the design team members and the design department: including duties relating to coordination, communications and document management/
About the Design Administrator:
- Manage office equipment
- Taking phone calls
- General administration functions
- Prepare production and fabrication packs for the factory
- Maintain and organise job files and documents
- Prepare or assist in the preparation of internal and external communications
- Assist the design team with daily responsibilities: maintaining calendars, maintaining job schedules, processing correspondence, general document administration etc.
- Assist staff in a support role, as needed
- Attend meetings, as assigned: take notes, prepares schedules, follow up on staff assignments and deadlines etc.
- Document management and scanning of production packs to the company IMS System
Experience as the Design Administrator:
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Computer literate: knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Planning and selfmotivated individual
