Background and Context

ABM Training UK Ltd
ABM Training is an Apprenticeship provider funded through the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).

We train apprentices through the Apprenticeship Levy scheme with a focus on Health and Care, Early Years, Teacher and Teaching Assistant training, Customer Service, Business, Leadership and Management.

Over the next five years our programme will expand to include Digital Marketing, Finance, and Insurance.

We currently support a wide range of clients in Kent, Surrey, Southeast London, and the Midlands.

Where We're Going
We are completely shaking up what we do and how we do it. We've been around for 11 years or so, but things have changed, and the world has changed too.

We're innovating and creating new and exciting ways to deliver apprenticeships and we have ambitious growth targets - more than doubling the size of our business in 18monthsand then again in 36 months.

We're more like a start-up than an established business in the way we think and develop, and we're very much focussed ed-tech.
