Key duties include:

  • Create bespoke career and development plans, through working with high potential individuals, mentor and sponsors.
  • Work with and establish relationships with key stakeholders, influencing and coaching to enable cultural change and improved commercial results.
  • Deliver innovative and cuttingedge projects to drive talent development and succession planning scopes as an industry market leader.
  • Modernise and systemise processes to update and improve all tracking, delivery and success potential of the departmental initiatives.
  • End to end programme management of the Senior Leadership development strategic piece.
  • Act as a genuine coach and strategist re: Managerial and leadership performance.
  • Act as the conduit across all relevant departments including HR BP's and Talent Acquisition to lead implementation and change successes for the business.
