Description

A hybrid role based in Milton Keynes, a key figure within the Sales Operation function.

Delivering ownership for best practice, customer satisfaction, delivery of the sales activity plan to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth within the UK and Europe.

Driven by the customer experience, building key relationships with the sales team and key stakeholders within the business.

An understanding of core manufacturing principles would be useful, adapt to projects and an expert with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.

Hands on, decisive, working with ecommerce and trade marketing teams, you will be commercially astute, with a good understanding of both sales and customer service and the importance of the customer journey.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written, exposure to reporting and managing tender responses within a B2B environment.
