Description

General Responsibilities Work collaboratively with others and demonstrate effective communication, both written and verbal with colleagues, patients and other stakeholder at all levels.

Deliver against Provide Wellbeing objectives, achieving quality outcomes, prioritising own workload. Compliance with standard processes/procedures. Contribute to service development through constructive contribution at team meetings etc.

Establish effective relationships with external contacts and partnership agencies and ensuring the business is represented as an outstanding organisation. Any other tasks as required that are commensurate with the role as delegated by Management.
