An excellent opportunity to join a well-established firm of Financial Advisers who are based in Cardiff. This company is directly authorised and specialise in providing advice in pensions, investments protection and mortgages.

The firm are now in a position to appoint a new financial adviser to their established team. The role will incorporate providing advice to a bank of clients which will be provided by the firm.

This already generates a significant level of renewal income and therefore, the role would be to maintain these existing relationships, whilst looking to grow the client bank.

The Role:

Providing advice to your own bank of clients
Ensuring that the compliance procedures are adhered to at all times
Maintaining existing relationships whilst looking to grow the client bank
Taking responsibility for the advice provided, ensuring this meets company and FCA guidelines and is appropriate to meet the client's objectives.

How will we help?

You will be working with a team of experienced administrators, paraplanners and financial advisers
You will be provided with a client bank

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential

Experience of working within a similar role within a financial advisory / wealth management firm
Trainee Advisers would be considered
Strong level of technical knowledge in pensions, investment, IHT planning (including Estate planning and trusts)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
Confident communication skills and comfortable dealing with clients, whether by telephone, virtually or on a facetoface basis
Ensuring that the highest standards of integrity are always maintainedin all that you do
Level 4 Diploma qualification in financial planning achieved.
