Cribbs Causeway, Bristol (BS10) £24,440 starting salary


Reporting to the Project Coordination Manager and working in a close-knit team environment, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of new and existing customer projects for our Commercial customers through administration and organisation.

Outstanding Package:

The working hours are Monday to Friday (Hybrid Working)

The annual starting salary is
£24,440
Pension scheme 8% employer contribution.

33 days holiday rising to 38 (1-day increments annually) including Bank Holidays.

Key Responsibilities:


Experience, attributes & skills sought:
Providing vital administrative support to a wide range of projects
Organise and support project meetings both internally and externally
Assist in compiling, maintaining, and updating project plans, logs, and risk documentation
Assist Project Managers in any duties which enable swift and efficient project delivery
Highlighting any risks to project delivery to the appropriate Project Manager
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored
Reporting through agreed lines on project progress

  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
