Our Cluster Meeting & Events Team are expanding again We are now supporting a number of our hotels in Amsterdam so are looking for a further two
Meeting & Events Coordinators.

Based within Radisson Blu Manchester Airport, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service and results; if you are currently working within Hotel M&E, Sales, Reservation or Reception we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities of the
M&E Coordinator

  • Ensure all enquiries are answered to RHG standard within the agreed time frame, where all aspects of the client and guest experience are delivered to the highest levels, ensuring company standards are attained and adhered to.
  • Completing the agreed enquiry process through to signed contract stage, ensuring that all RHG tools are used to maximise conversion and sales opportunities.
  • Participate in the conversion of inbound UK and outbound enquiries (where applicable) across all platforms.
  • Contributing to a sales hungry culture within the team to capture all available opportunities for the Radisson Hotel Group.
  • Proactively look for new opportunities and cross sell at all times
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maximize client and guest satisfaction, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
  • Develop and builds own skills, knowledge and experience at every opportunity within the team, which aligns with the culture of growth, development and performance expected by the company.
Requirements of the
M&E Coordinator

  • Experience in meeting and events, sales, reservations or reception
  • Ability to adapt to changing service environments
  • Great at building strong relationships with existing clients and accounts
  • Creativity to produce a proactive sales culture environment
  • Proactive with a handson approach
  • Passion for the hospitality industry
  • Ability to manage workload ensuring that tasks assigned are delivered
