An exciting opportunity to work at a large head office based in Watford as an Accounts Administrator. The role will report directly to the Ledger supervisor and join a well-established team.

The main tasks will be to ensure coding is correctly checked andmatched to invoices, supplier reconciliations, and queries are resolved in a timely manner.

You will be working with a supportive manager and an excellent team. This role will suit someone that is looking work life balance and the company offer excellent benefits.


The company have a large head office based in Watford, they will offer full training and development in the role.

If you have an eye for detail and worked previously in a high-volume transaction role with good excel skills, and now looking for your nextopportunity within a fast-paced finance team then this vacancy would suit you.

Duties:


  • Processing payments and running bacs payment weekly
  • Match, batch and code supplier invoices
  • Resolving queries promptly
  • CIS experience would be beneficial

Person Spec:


  • Previously worked within a Purchase Ledger role
  • High volume transaction experience
  • Competent user of Excel
  • Team player and assist in adhoc duties when required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
