Description

Kettering Leisure Village is looking for a key role in the business, we are looking for someone with a passion for the Leisure/hospitality industry, delivering excellent customer service, proficient knowledge in computer systems.

Experience within the Leisure/hospitality industry, Finance experience and knowledge of Sage accounting systems would be preferred


The Role
Support the smooth running of the accounts department, exerting diligent financial process control and ensuring efficiency and resilience to growth

Works proactively to improve client/supplier satisfaction and comfort delivering a positive and timely response to all queries

Effectively handles all aspects of the account's procedures, ensuring the accuracy of processing purchase & sales ledger invoicing whilst adhering to all financial and client deadlines and supporting business targets

Develops and implements business strategies, where objectives are communicated

Process the weekly payroll & daily revenue for the business

Assistant to the General Manager with the production of the monthly accounts and forecasts

Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation were due diligence is required and best practices are followed


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20-25 per week


Salary:
£11.00-£14.00 per hour
