Leadership & OD Specialist, Band 6

Permanent: 37.5 hours a week

Permanent: 26.25 hours a week

We have two exciting roles in our Leadership & OD team which will both play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of a range of leadership and management development opportunities as well as team and OD interventions to improve the experience of colleagues working across the Trust.

The main purpose of role is to work with leaders and colleagues across our Trust to deliver activity that improves the services we provide to patients and supports our commitment to developing, supporting and caring for our colleagues.

The role is responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of a range of OD projects, leadership and talent development programmes and staff engagement opportunities which support delivery of strategic priorities, aligning with and promoting our organisation's values and behaviours.

The role will report to the Head of Leadership & OD although there will be close collaboration with other members of the People & OD department and divisional leaders and colleagues across our Trust.

You will be part of a team which provides a broad range of services which support the overall effectiveness, development and success of our organisation.
