£22,000 to £25,000 dependent on experience

The continued growth and success of a long established, reputable, firm has brought about a fantastic opportunity for an experienced financial services administrator to join a thriving team.
This is a role in which you can grow, and could be supported to further your career as a paraplanner, financial adviser, or other developmental role, so all levels of experience would be considered and the salary can be flexible to reflect that.
About the role:
This is a busy and varied role in which you'll be supported to utilise and increase your skills and to reach your full potential.
Other responsibilities include:
- Preparing client documentation and correspondence pre and post meetings as per business processes.
- Ensuring fund switches, rebalances, topups, and withdrawals are carried out accurately and within company timescales.
- Diarising action points resulting from meetings, ensuring they are handled.
- Providing a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication whilst building a rapport.
- Preparing client review documentation and supporting in delivery of reviews, where needed.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding inbound calls and correspondence.
- Undertaking other general administration as directed by management.
About you:
You will have a drive to learn and improve, will be an effective multitasker with a keen eye for detail and will ideally come with demonstrable experience in financial services administration.
Above all, you will have the willingness to take on a variedand exciting role and to be challenged to learn new things.
Essential criteria:
- Demonstrate excellent accuracy skills and show a care for detail and correct data entry.
- Able to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
- Able to manage own time, prioritise and plan own workload.
- Able to work within defined business processes.
Essential experience:
- Have a minimum of one year of experience working as an administration, as well as at least two years working within a financial planning environment.
- Hold relevant qualifications or be working toward gaining these qualifications.
