Home Instead Altrincham require caregivers to join our team in Altrincham and Sale and Wythenshawe
We employ a diverse range of people for our Care roles and find working patterns to suit you.

Our Carers include College Leavers looking to start a career in health and social care, University students looking for hours to fit around studies, parents with part time child care, grandparents that need to be back from school pick up, people with other commitments where part time hours work best.

Our morning care calls start at 8am OR 9.15am with flexible finish times.

If you work evenings our last care call is 9pm - 10pm, so you tell us what hours will work for you.

We pay our Caregivers well above minimum wage, currently £12.50 and £13.50 per hour, with a pay review April 2024, to recognise the value and hard work of our Care Professionals.

As a Home Instead Care Professional you will benefit from:

    Regular Local Clients for a minimum of 1 hour call
  • City and Guilds accredited learning development programme and Level 2 and 3 Health and Social care qualifications

Home Instead provide the highest quality of care to our clients, our Induction & training programme is comprehensive, with a combination of face to face practical learning & e-learning modules and
ongoing support.


As a Caregiver you will love putting a
smile on someone's face and support the varied individual needs of our elderly clients which will include: companionship, help with everyday tasks, shopping or outings, meal preparation, assist with personal care / hygiene, medication or dementia support.
