We are currently recruiting for a Room Leader in the Wandsworth area


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £28,000

Salary negotiable based on experience.

Start date ASAP.

We are looking for passionate individuals with experience managing small groups of children and teaching basic skills. A Nursery Practitioner is responsible for planning activities that help children develop their cognitive, physical, social and emotional skills.

This position will provide you with the opportunity to work in a close-knit environment while also gaining more experience to pursue future in your career.


Main Duties throughout the day:


  • To engage children in entertaining and educational play.
  • Consistently deliver and plan rich learning opportunities.
  • Ensuring regular communication and interaction with parents/carers.
  • Complete observations and assessments.
  • Working closely with the Nursery Management Team.
  • Following and understanding safeguarding procedures and ensuring that children are kept safe.

About you:


  • Level 2 or 3 Qualification
  • Experience working within a childcare setting.
  • Passionate about childcare.
