A privately owned specialist Property and Asset Management firm are seeking a Chartered Property Asset Manager to join their team based in Central London.


As a business they pride themselves in offering the highest standard of service to their prestigious clients and occupiers across the Central London and UK multi-let office market.


This position will be responsible for the delivery of first class services to clients by coordinating Estates, Finance and Facilities Management.


Key Property Asset Manager responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery of day to day property management and ensure estates are run in an efficient and cost effective manner.
  • Identify and implement value add initiatives, surrenders, regears, property acquisitions and disposals.
  • Act as the main point of contact for any estate management issues.
  • Authorise and monitor execution of works, plus management of onsite teams.
  • Organise regular occupier meetings.
  • Assist with special projects when needed.
  • Monitor service charges and arrears.
  • Service charge budgets and reconciliations against agreed SLA's.

Key Property Asset Management requirements:

  • Degree qualified and MRICS.
  • Experience managing commercial office assets.
  • Good knowledge of the L&T Act 195
  • Excellent communication, written and IT skills.


This a fantastic opportunity for a Chartered Surveyor looking to move into a role that offers both Property and Asset Management responsibilities.

Salary £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus pension and discretionary bonus.

Office based in Central London
