At Shell Recharge Solutions we are on a mission to enable everybody to drive as many miles as possible powered by clean electricity.

We do this by designing, building, and supporting smart charging solutions for business charging, home charging and charging on-the-go.

Our award-winning services include charge points and a mobile app and charge card, that provide access to 250,000 charge points in over 35 countries - the largest charging network of Europe.


WHAT YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF


As part of a local operations team, our Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing installation and maintenance support for our partners.

You will be busy with solving problems remotely that our mechanics face every day and also with serving our customers in the best possible way when there are issues on the day of an installation or during a service visit.

The Operations Coordinator reports to our Team Lead Local Operations and works together with our local Sales team and the other local Operations team members.

You will be part of a team of 6 people and as an Operations Coordinator your working day is a success if all installations planned for the day are delivered as promised and all customers are happy and satisfied with their charging solution.


THIS IS HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

Your core accountabilities are to...

  • Provide (remote) installation support for Shell Recharge Solutions installation and sales partners during the onsite installation activities of the charge point solutions;
  • Monitoring and supporting the deliverables of site surveys performed by local Sales teams, Solution Engineer and partners and create a learning loop to ensure all information is gathered to perform an effective installation;
  • Providing (remote) maintenance support for Shell Recharge Solutions service partners when a default has occurred and the first line and second line is not able to solve this remotely;
  • Coordinating replacements of charge points in the field when remote or onsite repair is not possible;
  • Daily monitoring and reporting performance of Shell Recharge Solutions installation and service partners;
  • Daily monitoring frequently occurring technical issues and discuss structural solutions with our central hardware team;
  • Being in direct contact with customers regarding installations or maintenance work in close coordination with our installation or maintenance partners whenever applicable.

  • Effectively and efficiently support installations completed by our partners

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Has experience of

  • Ideally you will have a technical/engineering/electrical study background

Is skilled at

  • Organising and coordinating in your day to day work life.
  • Fluent in English is a must
