Priory Concept Group are a leading Facilities Management company, who specialise in Fire Door repairs, servicing and installation.
We are a fast growing company and are now looking to expand our Fire Door Service Team, with a job opening to oversee the installation process.
To be considered for this role you will need to have proven experience in a similar role, be organised and good at problem solving.
Main Responsibilities:
- Actively managing the various scheduling queues within the bespoke system covering site surveys, service & install.
- Speaking to engineers frequently throughout each day to receive updates on their service
- Liaising with site contacts / technical support on arranging attendance / confirm attendance dates for installation.
- Working closely with the fire door manufacturing site making sure orders are correctly placed and on time.
- Checking over previously attended jobs ensuring engineers have called in and provided the team with updates.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational and numerical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Work, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
- Fire Door experience is desired, however full training will be given.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively
- Customer service skills
- Problem solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
- Able to work within a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
- Must be confident with measurements and units.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, working in a fastpaced environment.
- This is an office based role, however, from time to time you will be asked to travel to a site to check the work that has been carried out or meet a client.
- Good sense of humour is a must

Salary:
Up to £28,000.00 per year
