Are you an experienced IT Programme Manager looking to make your stamp?

This is a brand-new opportunity following the launch of a transformation programme, where you can get stuck in and shape the future of an international business in the automotive industry.

Reporting into the Head of Technology Transformation, you will contribute to translating strategic objectives and guide the team to success.

You will ensure the lifecycle and delivery of technology changes are implemented successfully, using your leadershipskills and technical knowledge to make suggestions where needed.

You will be a crucial part of an £11m project, replacing legacy systems and improving experience for users.

Whilst part of the project is in rollout, you will have the opportunity to join the next phases from scratch, including vendor selection process throughto deployment.

You will work with third parties to ensure service meets standard whilst building and maintaining relationships with external clients.

You may have:

  • Programme management experience, reflecting digital transformation changes.
  • Commercial awareness, experience with budgets.
  • Technical mindset
  • Experience with senior stakeholders, presenting ideas and bringing people onboard.
  • Supply chain or retail experience is desirable.
  • Application, software, ERP transformation.
Location - Letchworth with hybrid working.
Salary up to £80,000 + car allowance and other benefits.
