Description

As the Programmatic Planner you are responsible for supporting the Programmatic team in all aspects of commercial activity, to help build professional and productive relationships with the digital marketplace and ultimately grow demand across programmatic OOH for JCDecaux.

What you'll be doing...

Commercial

  • Creating collateral to be shared externally with customers
  • Building campaigns in VIOOH Automation, our SSP
  • Running reports that help inform our commercial decisioning
  • Provide rapid response to enquiries and requests from customers.
  • Expert knowledge and usage of systems, including Connect for Sales which underpins commercial activity
  • Build a knowledge of JCDecaux products and services and their benefits
  • Establish an understanding of the media marketplace and the digital ecosystems within it i.e. DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, etc.
Team Contributor

  • Conduit for marketplace insight between insight, agencies and client teams
  • Liaise effectively with other JCDecaux departments to delivery effective aftersales service such as photography, campaign delivery/reconciliation, etc.
  • Work with other team members to ensure a high level of external service is maintained.
  • Foster a culture and behaviours that deliver collaboration, innovation, creativity and personal accountability across the team
  • Embrace a feedback culture where we proudly and collectively learn from mistakes
  • Support the Head of Programmatic and Programmatic Lead in their areas of activity.

Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confident communication and presentation skills when speaking with all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships internally and externally.

  • Adaptable to work alone and be part of a team to support colleagues, share information and improve on best practices

  • Proactive and timely delivery of delegated work, collaborating across departments to ensure delivery on commitments
Administrative skills

  • Strong numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Fully conversant with all aspects of Microsoft packages with an intermediate skill set in Excel
Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience using CRM systems to input data and produce reports would be an advantage
  • Previous experience working in a similar customerfocused or deadlinedriven environment would be an advantage
  • Track record of performing as a key contributor within high performing teams
  • Demonstrable capability to perform effectively under operational pressure and time constraints
  • Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
