Brief Description
To Support the day to day running of the company admin and customer care service provided to DDG clients.
Reporting to - Chelsea White
Duties & Responsibilities
- Booking in multiple daily appointments with customers and liaising with our building contractors using a shared internal calendar
- Upkeep of general office duties such as maintaining and updating records, scanning, printing and other office tasks required.
- Collating certificates and filing.
- Editing reports on excel and word and saving onto our database for shared office use
- Regular communication with team manager to make sure all parties receive necessary & accurate information
Experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- To positively contribute to the wider team
- Ability to Multitask is important, Problemsolving skills, strong organisational skills, great attention to detail
- Ability to deal with all members of an organisation
- Professional and friendly manner
- Positive mindset with a willing to learn new skills
- Understanding how the building trade works is ideal not necessary
Salary:
From £10.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
