Brief Description
To Support the day to day running of the company admin and customer care service provided to DDG clients.


Reporting to - Chelsea White

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Booking in multiple daily appointments with customers and liaising with our building contractors using a shared internal calendar
  • Upkeep of general office duties such as maintaining and updating records, scanning, printing and other office tasks required.
  • Collating certificates and filing.
  • Editing reports on excel and word and saving onto our database for shared office use
  • Regular communication with team manager to make sure all parties receive necessary & accurate information

Experience required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • To positively contribute to the wider team
  • Ability to Multitask is important, Problemsolving skills, strong organisational skills, great attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with all members of an organisation
  • Professional and friendly manner
  • Positive mindset with a willing to learn new skills
  • Understanding how the building trade works is ideal not necessary

Salary:
From £10.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
