Do you have operational experience with rental equipment or a service background and are looking for a new opportunity to be client facing and go offshore and travel internationally with Archer?

As part of growth within our Surface Solutions operations in our Oiltools operations team, we are looking for an additional Operations Co-ordinator to plan, design and prepare the surface equipment for our global clients.

Once you have been trained in our solutions, you will be supporting the team carrying out surveys of new installations and working with our internal departments and clients to design an effective solution that meets their needs and a planned workscope.

Responsibilities include:

Ensure that all equipment used in support of operations is fitforpurpose, compliant with Client specifications and is correctly certified
Focal point for customer QA/QC review prior to equipment mobilisation
Equipment tracking, certification, and calibration is kept up to date on the ERP system
Accurate tracking, cost management, and reporting of FRONTIER personnel throughout offshore operations
Allocate the field personnel to projects and conduct prejob briefs
Ensure accurate reporting from the field team
Contribute to any customer after action reviews and implement lessons learned from projects

This position is full time and will be based in Tipperty (near Ellon), Aberdeen but regular travel offshore in the UK and Internationally will be required.
