Responsibilities:


  • Proactively communicate with patients to arrange deliveries and manage patients held stock
  • Proactively communicate with referring customers to give feedback to customers' specification and communicate issues with deliveries, patients stock or patient well being
  • Field communication from patient and/or customers and either act upon enquiry or pass it on to the correct department to act on communication

Qualifications:


  • Education to include 3 GCSE's or equivalent to grade C or above to include English and Maths
  • Evidence of continuing development
  • Experience of working in a customer service environment
  • IT literate with experience of using MS Word and Excel
  • Experience of working in a healthcare environment would be desirable.

MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT

Job Type:
Fixed term contract

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£10.50-£11.76 per hour
