Description
Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicate with patients to arrange deliveries and manage patients held stock
- Proactively communicate with referring customers to give feedback to customers' specification and communicate issues with deliveries, patients stock or patient well being
- Field communication from patient and/or customers and either act upon enquiry or pass it on to the correct department to act on communication
Qualifications:
- Education to include 3 GCSE's or equivalent to grade C or above to include English and Maths
- Evidence of continuing development
- Experience of working in a customer service environment
- IT literate with experience of using MS Word and Excel
- Experience of working in a healthcare environment would be desirable.
MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT

£10.50-£11.76 per hour
