Success Recruit are currently working with a leading products and solutions company based in North Essex seeking to recruit a Brand Marketing Manager.

You will have the autonomy of working in a standalone position working closely with directors to buildupon their current marketing strategies and platforms to ensure the continued success of the brand is developed.

The successful Brand Marketing Manager will be an integral member of the team, managing and developing all marketing content for the business, growing and supporting the website.

The successful Brand Marketing Manager will be expected to:

Confidently developing and working on marketing programmes and platforms
Demonstrate creativity with new ideas, strategies, and implementation
Proven marketing experience of achieving growth, with ideally a marketing qualification
Be looking for a longterm opportunity that offers progression
Be confident in leading a team of people to complete projects

The successful Brand Marketing Manager will be rewarded with:

Duties to include but not limited to:

Setting clear and long-term strategic plans for marketing to support with growth
Create brochures for clients and customers to highlight products
Overseeing daily marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects
Designing, creating, and collating content to be used across all platforms
Create engaging content for use across social media platforms
Updating of new and existing documents, flyers, leaflets etc
Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
Be responsible for the brand consistency in all their content
Produce clear and concise written correspondence to customers and clients
Overseeing elements of SEO and other website features

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work within a forward-thinking company with a willingness to use and develop their current skills within marketing which could lead to managing a marketing team in the future as they grow.

This opportunity requires someone to be office based full time however has some flexibility on starting/finishing times.

Hours:
Monday to Friday - 7:30am - 4:30pm with flexibility

Salary:
£40k - £45k dependant on experience
