Description

CareerMakers Recruitment is currently looking for Warehouse Operative on behalf of our client, based in Bamber Bridge, Preston, PR5 AREA.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- will be supporting the welding team, cutting, and testing products.

  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
    Report any discrepancies

  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
  • Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

SKILLS

  • Good communicator, team player with excellent time management skills.
  • Good verbal and written skills.
  • Proficient in inventory software, database, and systems.
  • Proven experience working within a warehouse team.
  • Conscientious, Accurate, Flexible with a positive attitude.
  • Ideal use of power tools

Pay rate:
£10.42 / hour


Hours of Work:
Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 08.30am - 4.30pm


Salary:

£10.42 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Preston, Lancashire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Warehouse: 2 years (required)
