Our client, a market leading retailer is looking to appoint an Accounts Payable Assistant to work from their offices in Skelmersdale, they sell a huge range of modern and traditional products online as well as in store.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking for a new challenge. The role is offered on a temp to perm basis.


Duties & responsibilities:

  • Processing large volumes of Supplier Invoices
  • Preparation of Supplier Payments
  • Processing of Supplier Credit notes
  • Investigating Invoice queries & liaising with Suppliers
  • Statement Reconciliations
  • Ad hoc tasks Previous Job experience

Person Specification:

  • Familiar with a fastpaced Accounts department
  • A focused and motivated individual
  • A supportive team player
  • Friendly, Polite & Sociable
  • Good Communication skills
